Christmas   Pinwheels

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

  1 package (.4 ounces) ranch salad dressing mix

1/2 cup minced sweet red pepper

1/2 cup minced celery

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives

3 to 4 flour tortillas (10 inches)

 

 


DIRECTIONS:

 

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth.

Add red pepper, celery, onions and olives; mix well.

 

Spread about 3/4 cup on each tortilla.

Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.

 

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

 

Cut into 1/2 inch slices.

Berry  Smokey  Turkey  Rollups

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

1/4 pound thinly sliced deli smoked turkey, finely chopped

2 tablespoons chopped dried cranberries

2 tablespoons chopped pimiento-stuffed olives

2 tablespoons salsa

3/4 teaspoon chili powder

4 flour tortillas (10 inches)

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Stir in the cheese blend, turkey, cranberries, olives, salsa and chili powder.

 

Spread 1/2 cup mixture over each tortilla; roll up tightly.

 

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

 

Unwrap and cut into 1 inch slices.

 

Serve chilled.

Bacon  Cheese  Wreath

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:
 

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup sliced green onions

10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

parsley sprigs and diced pimientos (optional)

Assorted crackers

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and onions.

Stir in bacon.

 

Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

 

Invert a small bowl in the center of a serving platter.

Drop cream cheese mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls around edge of bowl.

Remove bowl.

Smooth cream cheese mixture, forming a wreath.

 

Garnish with parsley and pimientos if desired.

 

Serve with crackers.
