INGREDIENTS:

2 cups cubed seedless
watermelon
•
1 pint fresh
strawberries, halved
•
1/3 cup granulated sugar
•
1/3 cup lemon juice
•
2 cups ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine the watermelon,
strawberries, sugar and lemon juice.
Cover and process on high until smooth.
While processing, slowly add crushed ice.
Process until slushy.
Pour into chilled glasses.
Serve immediately.

Orange Slush
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup water
•
1 can (6 ounces) frozen
orange juice concentrate
•
1 carton (6 ounces)
vanilla yogurt
•
1/2 cup granulated sugar
•
1/2 cup cold milk
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
extract
•
10 to 12 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine the water, orange
juice concentrate, yogurt, sugar, milk and
vanilla.
Cover and process until smooth.
While processing, add a few ice cubes at a
time until mixture achieves desired
thickness.
Pour into chilled glasses.
Serve immediately.

Strawberry Slush
INGREDIENTS:
•
4 cups fresh
strawberries
•
2 cups fat-free vanilla
ice cream, softened
•
1 package (.3 ounces)
sugar-free strawberry gelatin
•
1/2 cup boiling water
•
2 teaspoons lemon juice
•
2 liters diet lemon-lime
soda, chilled
•
Additional fresh
strawberries
(optional)
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, mash strawberries.
Add ice cream.
In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in water;
stir in lemon juice.
Add to the strawberry mixture; mix well.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart freezer container.
Cover and freeze overnight.
