Banana  Coca  Smoothie

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:
 


1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free vanilla yogurt

3/4 cup fat-free milk

1 medium ripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen

3 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate drink mix

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

 


DIRECTIONS:
 

In a blender, combine all ingredients.

 

Cover and process until smooth.

 

Pour into chilled glasses.

 

Serve immediately.

Golden  Smoothie

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:
 


1 1/2 cups orange juice

1 carton (8 ounces) peach yogurt

1 can (5 1/2 ounces) apricot nectar

1 teaspoon honey

orange slices and maraschino cherries (optional)

 

 


DIRECTIONS:
 

Place the first four ingredients in a blender.

 

Cover and process until smooth.

 

Pour into chilled glasses.

 

Garnish with oranges and cherries if desired.

 

Serve immediately.

 

 

Serves about 3 cups

 

 

 

 

 

Watermelon  Smoothie

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:
 


6 cups coarsely chopped seedless watermelon

1 cup lemon sherbet

12 ice cubes

 

 


DIRECTIONS:
 

Place half of the watermelon in a blender; cover and process until smooth.

Add half of the sherbet and ice; cover and process until smooth.

Repeat.

 

Pour into chilled glasses.

 

Serve immediately.
