Pineapple  Smoothie

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:
 


1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained

1 cup buttermilk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 teaspoons granulated sugar

mint leaves (optional)  

 

 


DIRECTIONS:
 

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice.

 

Freeze pineapple chunks.

 

Place juice, buttermilk, vanilla, sugar and frozen pineapple into a blender container.

Beat until smooth.

 

Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with mint if desired.

 

Serve immediately.

Berry  Smoothie

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:
 


1 cup milk

1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries

1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 cup ice cubes

 

 


DIRECTIONS:
 

Place the milk, berries and sugar in a blender.

 

Cover and process until smooth.

 

Add ice cubes; cover and process until smooth.

 

Pour into chilled glasses.

 

Serve immediately.

Peaches  'N'  Cream  Smoothie

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:
 


1/2 cup milk

2 cups (16 ounces) peach yogurt

1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

 

 


DIRECTIONS:
 

In a blender, combine all ingredients.

 

Cover and process until smooth.

 

Pour into chilled glasses.

 

Serve immediately.
